Client Upload Process

To send us files that are too big to send via email, please follow the instructions below.

  • Please ensure that all your documents are saved in one place to make uploading them easier
  • Please name your documents appropriately. For instance:
    • TD Bank – October 1, 2021
    • RBC Visa – October 10, 2021
    • Invoices – October 2021
  • When all your files are ready to upload, please click on one of the client upload buttons below to send your files to either our Maple Ridge or our Langley office.
    • From there, you will be instructed to provide your contact and company information before being able to upload your files
    • Once your files have been successfully uploaded, they will be sent to the bookkeeper looking after your engagement

This process should be used if you are experiencing issues with sending your files to a member of our staff via email.
